• Ashley has over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry in Australia, predominantly within project finance advisory and lending, within the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors
• Ashley was an Associate Director within National Australia Bank’s environmental finance solutions team until May 2015 when he left to establish Green Squares Capital Solutions, a boutique financial advisory and capital facilitation business, with a primary focus on renewable generation at both the distributed and utility scale level, and energy efficiency finance
• During his 10 years at National Australia Bank, Ashley initially focused on large scale project financing debt arranging for various assets including gas pipelines, power stations (thermal and renewable), infrastructure (road and rail)
• Ashley later developed National Australia Bank’s environmental finance solutions business, a financial advisory and product development business focusing on distributed generation and energy efficiency financing programs
• Ashley has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University
